Dance the night away! Playing a mix of danceable blues with a nod towards swinging jazz and an eclectic selection of rock and pop tunes, the Willie Painter Band consists of four veterans of the Triangle music scene. Willie Painter (guitar) and Craig Dittmar (bass) were members of the Boomers, who played for over 20 years in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina. Bill Newton (saxophone, harmonica) is a founding member of two Triangle musical institutions: Rebecca and the Hi-Tones, and the Duke Street Dogs. John Hanks (drums), has also appeared most recently with: Jim Quick & Coastline, Mallarme Music, Mel Melton & the Wicked Mojos, and Queen Bee & the Honeylovers. Deadline for buying tickets online is 5pm the day of the show. After 5pm, please purchase all tickets at the door. NOTE: We do not take reservations; all seating is first-come, first-served so we recommend arriving 1 hour before show time with your party to avoid a wait. We appreciate your patience.
