Needed for those coming for the weekend and camping in or next to a vehicle Oct 16th - 18th, 2026 You still WILL need to purchase Weekend passes to stay on the property overnight. This pass is only to allow you to park your vehicle at your camp site. Purchase ONE Vehicle permit per 18' x 18' vehicle space for the weekend. This pass is for PASSHOLDER's vehicle ONLY. Space may NOT be shared with other vehicles. If your RV or camper is longer than 18' you need to purchase the RV option (extremely limited) -OR- multiple Vehicle Camping Permits If you are towing a trailer and want to camp with both vehicle and trailer you need to buy two passes! VEHICLE CAMPING OPTIONS: Meadow Green ($121.00 + fees): The favorite for those who like to be right in the heart of the action. These sell out Fast! Eden Field ($116.00 + fees): For those who like a little more distance, this field is closer to the lake and tent camping areas Barntop ($116.00 + fees): Big beautiful views and close to the Barn and Meadow Green stage area, Barntop is slightly sloped so be sure to plan blocks for leveling up. Mountaintop ($106.00 + fees): As the name says, this area is above all the cabins on the mountain. Closest to the Drum Circle for those who like the late night fun. Playfield ($106.00 + fees): Generally the quietest of the vehicle camping areas, this lot is in the ball fields near the entrance to Camp Rockmont and a short walk to the dining hall and bath houses. RV ($221.00 + fees): For those larger vehicles, we have a limited number of RV spots at lower Eden Field near the lake. These go quickly! FAQ: All Sales Final What is the check-in/check-out policy for on-site lodging? A: Check-in Friday 10am. Check-out Sunday 7pm. Vehicle Camping Guests need a weekend pass. Generators only in RV parking from 9am until 7pm. No generators in other Vehicle camping locations.
