Entrance into Metro is only guaranteed with a valid ticket. Will Call Advanced tickets have a strict 2 ticket limit. Additional orders exceeding the ticket limit will be canceled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information. Will Call tickets allow original purchaser to check in at the main Metro entrance once doors open. The name on the Will Call order MUST match the name on the purchaser's government-issued ID. Your entire party must be present in order to enter.
