About this show

Check-in at Edgefield Winery Tasting Room at 6pm. Upon arrival, you will be handed a glass of Edgefield Blanc de Noir as you check in along with a selection of cheeses, fruit, and crackers for snacking. Dinner guests will be taken on small tours of the winery hosted by our winemakers. After the winery tours are finished, we will move upstairs to the ballroom for dinner. A member of our winery staff will give an introduction and description of each wine for each course. Winery staff will also be attending the dinner, spread out with the guests to chat about wine throughout dinner. Menu Welcome in the Winery Cheese, fruit, crackers & bread Paird with 22 Blanc De Noir Four courses in the Ballroom Salad Pacific Northwest Salad inspired by the bounty of the pacific northwest; seasonal garden greens with fresh honey crisp apples, aged Manchego cheese, toasted Marcona almonds, white wine pickled shallots & topped with tender micro greens, and fresh chives, finished with a delicate white wine vinaigrette Paired with 2025 Poor Farm Pinot Gris Soup Spiced pumpkin squash soup; a velvety blend of garden squash, gently simmered with warm autumn spices and a touch of sweetness creating a rich, comforting celebration of the harvest season Paired with 2020 Cuvee de l’abri Rouge Entrée Pepper-Crusted Beef Tenderloin perfectly roasted with herb roasted marbled fingerling potatoes, seasonal garden vegetables & caramelized cipollini onions, finished in a rich red wine demi-glaze and delicate micro greens Paired with 2022 Black Rabbit Reserve Vegetarian Entrée (only vegetarian tickets) A smokey pepper-seared king mushroom expertly seared, accompanied by herb-roasted marbled fingerlings, roasted seasonal vegetables, caramelized cipollini onions, finished with a savory herb-vegetable gravy and delicate micro greens Paired with 2022 Black Rabbit Reserve Dessert Midnight Chocolate Torte luxuriously rich flourless chocolate torte, complemented by a silky white wine raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries & a delicate dusting of powdered sugar Paired with 2018 Fireside Zinfandel Dietary questions?
