Floy Doy is an adventurous Raleigh-based jazz fusion group. Their unique musical blend is described as “psychedelic roots jazz”, bridging the gaps between jazz, folk, rock, lounge, jam, and electronic music. Their performances include original music, reimagined covers, and live electronics. Members include Bryan McCune on cornet/live electronics, Rick Lassiter on double bass, and Bakru Hunsel on drums and percussion. Acclaimed NC “genre-busting” guitarist Scott Sawyer will join the trio for this special show.
