DATE CHANGE! This concert has been rescheduled from Thursday, July 16, 2026 to Saturday, September 19, 2026. Due to hazardous air quality levels and for the health and safety of our team members, guests, and artists, Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort together with the Alanis Morissette Organization has made the decision to reschedule the Thursday, July 16th show to September 19th 2026. The well-being of our community is always our highest priority. Guests with tickets for the July 16th show may hold onto them, as they will remain fully valid for the rescheduled date. For those unable to attend the new date, we want to ensure you are taken care of. Refunds will be available at the following locations: • Cash Purchases: May be refunded at either the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort or Saganing Eagles Landing Casino Hotel box offices. • Credit Card Purchases: Please complete this request form if you wish to receive a refund. To give you ample time, all ticket holders have until July 30th, 2026, to request cash or credit card refunds. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and support as we navigate this together, and we truly look forward to welcoming you back on September 19th 2026. AGE POLICY: Children 5 and older are admitted into concerts with a ticket. Any children under 5 years of age are only allowed to attend shows specifically designed as family or children's events but must have a ticket to attend. Children ages 5-15 must be accompanied by an adult at the concert (adult must attend, cannot gamble during the concert) and must have a ticket. Ages 16 and above may attend without parent/guardian and must have a ticket. This age policy applies to events outside & in the showroom. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, metal detector screening is required before entering the outdoor arena. Gates open approximately two hours prior to showtime. We recommend arriving early to ensure a fast and efficient admittance into our venue. We thank you for your cooperation. Outdoor Event Rules The following are prohibited: chairs, coolers, backpacks, pets, umbrellas, strollers, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, outside food or beverage, audio or visual recording equipment. For Your Information • ***Will Call and Casino Host Tickets are both unavailable for pick-up one hour prior to gates opening for outdoor events. This helps to ensure tickets are transported to the outside Box Office successfully.*** • Photography restrictions vary per event. • Shoes & shirts must be worn. • Masks may be required; the final decision will be made closer to the event date. • Smoking in designated areas only. • All bags & purses are searched prior to the event - can be no larger than 12” x 8” x 6” • The event takes place RAIN OR SHINE.
